XAP.ai’s agents, including XAP.bot, are provided to help you get real value for your business. To keep the platform safe and useful for everyone, please don’t:

• Use our agents for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to others
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or copy the underlying AI models or XAP Lumen content
• Use automated scripts or bots to abuse free-tier access
• Share content generated by our agents in a way that misrepresents it as independent professional advice without disclosure
• Attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions
• Use our platform to generate spam, misinformation, or content intended to deceive others

Violating this policy may result in suspension or termination of your access to XAP.ai’s services, at our discretion.
