How We Think About AI-Generated Advice

Business advice is rarely binary-correct. Some things are empirically verifiable — a market’s size, a tax rate, a regulatory deadline. Most strategic and marketing advice isn’t: ten competent advisors could reasonably give ten different, defensible answers, each grounded in valid assumptions, with no way to know which was “right” until the advice has actually been executed — sometimes for years.

Given that, the standard we hold our agents to isn’t “always correct” — no advisory source, human or AI, genuinely meets that bar. It’s this: better than no domain expertise at all, and better than a generic AI model with no SME-specific grounding. That’s a real, honest value proposition, not a claim of infallibility.
